The Origination Finance Studio
How can we shape the next wave of transatlantic leadership, strengthen cross-border business ties, and mobilize good growth investments under new realities where resilience and competitiveness are at the fore? The Origination Finance Studio North America is bringing together global, pioneering leaders and changemakers from across finance, industries, and policy to explore how capital, innovation, and international partnerships can accelerate good growth and co-create transformative, resilient investments that can serve our societies for generations to come.
The Studio unfolds through four interconnected experiences across two days, each designed to build upon the previous conversations and create meaningful opportunities for dialogue, collaboration, and action. Participants are welcome to engage in the sessions most relevant to their interests and priorities.
23 September – Strategy, Investment & the New Business Environment
The Studio opens with an exclusive executive session at Columbia University, bringing together senior decision-makers to discuss the future of blended finance, strategic capital allocation, industrial transformation, and large-scale investment opportunities. Discussions will explore innovative financing models, public-private collaboration, and how organizations can mobilize capital to address global challenges while creating long-term value and competitive advantage.
The afternoon and evening continue with a series of high-level conversations hosted by one of the world's leading financial information and market intelligence institutions. Together, participants will examine the rapidly evolving geopolitical and economic landscape, exploring how changing trade patterns, technology, energy, security, and global capital flows are reshaping investment decisions, corporate strategy, and international competitiveness.
24 September – Transatlantic Partnerships & Scaling the Future
The second day begins with an invitation-only executive luncheon bringing together senior leaders from finance, industry, government, and institutional investment to discuss the next generation of transatlantic partnerships. Conversations will focus on investment opportunities, innovation ecosystems, infrastructure, resilience, and the strategic collaboration needed to strengthen economic growth and competitiveness across both sides of the Atlantic.
The Studio culminates with the Origination Flagship Event, hosted by the Consulate General of Sweden. Chaired by Hans Vestberg, former Chairman and CEO of Verizon, the evening is centred on the theme HOPE—exploring how visionary leadership, optimism, innovation, and trusted partnerships can unlock new opportunities in an increasingly complex world. The closing dialogue will showcase the New Nordics as a leading transatlantic platform for investment, technology, talent, and industrial transformation, bringing together influential leaders committed to shaping the next generation of global prosperity.
The Studio is by invitation only and is designed to foster trusted dialogue, long-term relationships, and concrete initiatives among a select group of global decision-makers.
